30 Day Challenge

It is been said that it takes about 30 days to form a habit. The ones that are good for you require cultivation and determination. The starting phase is the hardest, especially if you want to change an old habit into a new one. This is why giving yourself a challenge for a minimum of 30 days is a great way to improve all facets of your life.I am going start the following for next 30 days:-


  1. Workout 
  2. Wake up early 
  3. Study Spanish for 30 mints
  4. Refrain from D & S for 30 days in a row
  5. Read a book everyday
  6. Study a topic you’d like to master
  7. Inspire myself everyday
  8. Go on a diet for next 30 days
  9. Don't crib
  10. Laugh a lot!!!
